Packaging and Care
Each piece comes in our signature packaging, handcrafted in plush silk velvet.
To keep your Syracuse Gold Shop pieces looking their best, we recommend storing each piece in its original packaging to prevent damage and tangling. For further care instructions, click here.
Delivery and Returns
Some orders may require extra time for handcrafting. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, AEST (excluding public holidays).

Complimentary Express shipping via Australia Post (1–3 business days). Signature required on delivery.
International
We offer international shipping through FedEx, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Fees vary based on destination and current FedEx rates.
